Sqi.sh took the hassle out of sharing giant url’s.  Enter your URL and Shi.sh would squish them into a tiny, manageable url.  We squished millions of url’s.  The app was our first attempt at asking for donations for those who cared and actually valued our service.  What we learned was that people like free things and prefer not to pay or donate.  So they don’t.
